A:AnswerHello! Per the Installation Instructions, for model MHW6630HW, https://shorturl.at/iMq4D the estimated stacked height would be 76 1/2" (1943 mm). You cannot use a pedestal when stacking appliances. Thank you for your inquiry on our Maytag appliances.
A:AnswerFunny you should mention this. I bought the units in 2022 and had issues draining it in the summer of 2025. The units are prohibitively complex to get to the drain filter to clean out the unit. You have to effectively dissassemble the unit. You can search for details online to confirm. I ended up having to buy an extended warranty that was very expensive because the unit broke down coincidentally just a few months after the manufacturer's warrantly. Even the dryer broke down a few months after. Had buyers remorse on the look, and how effective the unit cleaned the clothes. It felt like a major downgrade and I would not trust this brand again in the future without noticing some significant change. Switched back to my previous brand.
