• Just found it! There's a button that says "Volume". Hit it once for silent, twice for medium and three times for loud.

• Sarah, the washer has a cycle option labled "AUDIO LEVEL" that allows you to adjust volume of the end of cycle signal and key pad sounds. Touch once for low, a second time for off, and a third time to loop back to high. The default setting is high. We hope you find this information helpful.

• You can adjust the volume, but it does not turn off. There are 3 different tones, not overly loud, and they only sound when you turn the machine on and adjust what wash cycle you are going to use and at the end of the wash cycle.
