You need to purchase Refresh tablets from Walmart to clean the tub holes with because it does get black mold in it.

At the risk of sounding defensive I should point out that every product and company get negative feedback, and unfortunately satisfied customers rarely share their positive experiences. With proper cleaning, most do not have an issues with smell or similar issues.
