Hi OCDisME, after the unit drains from the soak with the treated clothing still in the basket, you would run a regular cycle, which would include the regular amount of detergent used for that type of cycle. You can also add any other articles of clothing into the load that didn't need to be soaked but is generally washed in the same type of cycle.
