Do any washers have the agitators null

This washer does not have one. However, with the design and technology involved with this washer, you don’t need it and it allows you to do larger and heavier loads.

No, they have a wash plate. You load your clothes in loose piles around it. Much different than an "old fashioned" washing machine. Follow directions in manual and you won't have any problems.
