Hello Gale! We are terribly sorry to hear of your concern with your Range. Please make sure the unit is Installed correctly. If the unit is installed correctly and the gas line open then we would recommend contacting Maytag at 1-800-344-1274. We are available weekdays, between 8 am to 8 pm EST.
