“I am unhappy with my dryer because it takes forever to dry. I was excited to have a nice, big drum, but I have to dry every load on high heat and twice before the clothes are dry. Is this usual, or does my dryer have a problem?”

I'm having to run the dyer at least twice because it is not completely drying them. Very disappointed! We have already made sure the vent line was cleaned out and that all the settings are correct!
