- Answer I recently purchased this dryer and I have a large husky and large kelpie who both have two coats of hair. This large capacity dryer has the pet pro function that collects a lot of hair from my clothes and blankets in the large lint screen . Works very well for pet hair

QuestionToday I had a Pet Pro front load gas dryer installed (Model MGD7020RW0). Nothing happens when I press the pet pro button to put it in pet mode. It only locks and unlocks the Control Lock. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

- Answer Hello! For model MGD6500MW, The Pet Pro Modifier adds time to the end of cycle to boost hair removal performance. The heating system is turned off during this time to protect clothing from over drying. Thank you for your inquiry about our Maytag appliances.
