This model will take 3 or 4. It works with any set up that you have. My wall is a 3 prong 220 volt. They made these to work with any set up you have. If your wall is 4 prong outlet. Get that cord and hook it up accordingly same with the 3 prong. They were smart when building this model.

Per the Installation Instructions: A UL listed 30-amp power supply cord, rated 120/240 volt minimum, with a temperature rating of 140° F (60° C) minimum. The cord should be type SRD or SRDT and be at least 4 ft. (1.22 m) long. The wires that connect to the dryer must end in ring terminals or spade terminals with upturned ends.
