Internet security is a basic version from McAfee choose the Total Protection version it will protect you more.

Both will check websites before you click on them for malicious code and warn you before you click, both have password managers and both have PC Boost, which focuses your PC on the work you are doing and stops a lot of the backend processes. Total Protection 5 adds file encryption to provide extra protection for your sensitive files, and also Identity Theft Protection to keep your identity safe, if you sign up for auto-renewal.
