“Does it have and factory issue or disfunction like the torso is upside down and with an unmasked version with mask beacuse i bought 2 batman figures from different places and it had factory promblems”

I got mine and it came as advertised with no upside down torso. As for any unmasked variant, if there there are any, this is not one of them.

I think it does. I googled many websites and this action figure came with the wrong cape. It was meant for the unmasked version figure. However, I got lucky and the torso was not upside down. Decided to keep it , even if it's the wrong cape.
