• No! Due to poor software engineering, you won't be able to use MedaCube without a WiFi connection. Basically you will end up with a $1499 boat anchor.

• The MedaCube will need to be online to load medications from the database. Your device will still dispense medications offline based off the clock, but it will not receive software updates or be able to send notifications regarding missed doses, needed refills, or power outages. You will also not be able to update anything on the MedaCube from the online portal.
