It will work, but you will need a power source for the converter box.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Talk to the technician at the phone number on a small piece of paper that came with the converter box. He was extremely helpful getting me set up with the box and the indoor antenna. Using the model number of my tv, he found it on line and was able to tell me exactly how to connect all three items, even knowing alternatives when one connection didn't work. Good luck!
