How much memory is there in the DVR? null

The Manual says you must add the memory by usb. The receiver itself does not hold memory other than operational memory.

There is no memory to my knowledge in this unit. You have to attach a thumb drive, or a hard drive, and I believe the hard drive Has to be no more than two gig. I tried attaching a five gig hard drive to it, but it couldn't see it.
