• I set my programs back to back without any delay and have never had a delay.

• It most likely has to have the one minute delay to be able to identify one show from the next otherwise it creates a conflict in the memory it would seem ( my dish sat used to act the same way ) .

• The recorder needs to turn off and then back on. I set the first show to end one minute earlier. Usually the last minute is either ads or previews. Works well for me.
