Does it have a privacy cover and how does it work? null

No privacy cover. It’s just a plug-n-play device. I’m using it with Windows 10 Home.

It does not come with a privacy cover. The webcam plugs into a USB port so if you want to make sure it cannot be used when you do not want it to be, simply don't plug it into the USB port. That is what I do.
