“Will this work with my home audio stereo system? I have a Yamaha receiver that does not have Bluetooth but it does have a 1/8 inch (3.5mm) jack. I’d like to listen to music off of my iPhone via Bluetooth. Will this work?”

I’m not at all sure about this brand. I bought mine to be a Bluetooth transmitter for an older HDTV run through my JBL soundbar. It didn’t work, AND I couldn’t find much in support from the brand. I had an older Yamaha receiver without Bluetooth with a headphone jack and used a Taotronics transmitter. It worked beautifully. Bottomline, I cannot recommend this particular brand because it didn’t work as a transmitter AND I couldn’t find support for it. It may work without a hitch as a Bluetooth receiver. Bestbuy has a lenient return policy in case it doesn’t.
