“I just hooked this up via optical. I have a soundbar, and sound comes out of both this and bt headphones. However, if I use the Sonos app to turn the volume to zero I can hear through the bluetooth headphones only, but the sound keeps breaking up?”

I have mine hooked up to an optical splitter to my Shokz's and my soundbar. I turn my volume down on the soundbar when I am using my Shokz. I do get occasional crackling interference through our Shokz also.
