“I have a 3 series 4k HDR TCL roku TV. Do i need Bluetooth/analog converter to get audio from streaming videos/movies? Will this allow me to have audio, regardless of the source. or do I need some other converter?”

These headphones come with the Bluetooth transmitter that you can plug into your TV headphone jack to connect to these or other Bluetooth devices. All of the cables you need are included as well. Note that the ear cups are on the small side. If you have large ears, then you may want different headphones.
