“I need a portable CD player with a USB adapter that can fit into my USB port in my 2019 Odyssy Honda car. As you might know , the new cars do not have a CD player. Please suggest a CD player and how much it will cost? Thank you.”

You could use this one. You would have to get a cable from the 3.5 mm jack on this device to USB. It would work fine. However this unit skips a lot so the motion from the car may be too much for it.
