• Hello Pete, The CD Player will connect to Bluetooth Speaker but will not connect to a car and play through the stereo.

• If you use one of these Bluetooth transmitters then you could have your truck pick up on the signal to play it. Look up to see if the transmitters require a dedicated plug in to operate if your truck doesn't have normal electric plugs to use then you might need to search around for one that can run off a cigarette lighter.
