• From what I can see the front end modem is transparent to the Eero. It doesn’t care as long as there is a signal. If you have used any other wireless routers in the past, Dlink, Netgear, Apple, etc then this will work and you will be surprised at how easy the setup is compared to the others. Pretty much plug and play.

• It should work; don't see why not as long as you have a open ethernet port in the router or a wall socket to connect the eero. Just make sure that you have the eero in bridge mode if you are using the main router to serve IP addresses
