“I have 1,000 MBPS Intern thru AT&T and two AT&T WiFi extenders, and the devices connected to the WiFi Extenders are only speed testing at 80 - 110 MBPS. If I purchased Eero +2 eero Beacons package, could I still use my current AT&T Router/Modem (BGW210).”

Not sure with the 1,000 Mbps set up. I have ATT internet 50 and consistently receive 48-50 speeds no problem with the eero WiFi system. Check your ATT router settings as it may be causing conflicts with your other equipment. If you don’t have access to it, ATT can troubleshoot it over the phone.
