• I would contact https://support.eero.com/hc/en-us. I had a configuration issue with my NAS initially. They were quick to help me configure it properly. Really easy to do.

• Yes, I have an Airport Time Capsule plugged into my eero and it's working great. Anything else I want to hardwire then gets plugged into the Time Capsule.
