• with this new restock it will come with a silicone face cover but if you intend to use it a lot I would recommend getting a new one from vrcover

• Yes , although that was never an issue for me . They did start including a more rubbery cover for the face part but you can also purchase other covers from amazon or even straps to make it more comfortable .
