Het there! Thank you for inquisitiveness on age consent. Our Oculus headsets do not have parental control setting on them yet, but we do have an age restriction of our headset which is 13 and up. You can find our legal documentation on our official website at Oculus.com

If you are concerned about what they are getting into, there is a feature that lets you see what they are seeing, wirelessly, on your phone. Great way to keep an eye on them.
