What age is this for null

Officially from oculus they say to be at least 13 year old to be able to make the account. However with that said their are games that cater to even younger. While you may need to be at least 13 to properly set up an account, the oculus is definitely okay for younger. My 10 year old brother also has one and loves playing it with his friends.
