“When you buy this new does it come with a tamper resistant seal of any kind so you know no one else has opened it but you? My outer box got banged up pretty good, and looks like it;s been opened and retaped twice.”

• The Oculus itself is wrapped in cardboard so you should know if it was tampered with every piece is wrapped in plastic as well
