If it keeps saying tracking lost, then it has to do with the sensors of your headset. Make sure its cleaned up, and check the environment the headset is at. In this case, we would suggest wiping the headset cameras with a dry microfiber cloth, and after that, try a hard reboot on your headset by holding the Power button for around 30 seconds, until you hear the boot chime.
