Does this come with a PC link cable? null

No it doesn't but theres not really a need theres an app for youre pc you can download of the web and you can also use youre phone. The can do much but there is an option to screen cast not useing the app. I cant recommend getting the app as some say its pointless. I do have it myself and have never used it.
