Yes, you can play with anyone that you like using Facebook

No, if you not login to Facebook anymore it will log you back in. I been off of Facebook for over a year and I was login again. Your games are connected to Facebook. You might want to try to create a new Facebook just for Oculus 2. I did not do that, so now I guess if I start over I will lose my purchased games.
