yes, you can use your regular contact. there is an extra part in the box for those who wear contact. Watch an unboxing video in YouTube.

Frankly I normally do not wear my glasses when playing. I need glasses to read or see the computer, but find it is not really needed for games with the headset. I wear them for videos or immersive films to maximize clarity but that’s it.
