Short answer: Yes. Longer answer: Although yeah it fits the Elite Strap and Elite Strap battery pack, the case's zipper routinely gets caught on the charger cable of the Elite battery pack and it's a pain to open the case without breaking the zipper or ripping the charger cable. I remedy this by placing a thin strip of white cardboard between the zipper and charger cable every time I close the case so it'll open smoothly without getting caught on anything. It's not a perfect solution but gets the job done, and since the cardboard strip I use is white it blends in nicely with the Quest 2 so it doesn't look out of place. Hope this answer helps.
