• No, but the headset comes with them. This is just the improved strap.

• The two hand controllers come with the headset. When you open the package, recharge the batteries in the headset by plugging into a USB-C charger When ready, you pull the tags from the base of the controllers carefully to remove it from between the batteries Then pair the controllers to the headset and connect to your wifi
