It's not intended for use with the Quest 2, but you can purchase via ETSY, eBay or a number of websites like businesscompanyvr, a set of adapters that go onto the Quest 2, which then allow you to use the Deluxe Audio Strap(often referred to as DAS). The DAS is fully adjustable and has included headphones that can sit either on the ear or just off your ear. It does not have a battery pack, but a lot of people buy the "VR Power" battery pack from Rebuff Reality company and it can be clipped onto the headset and give you about 7-8 hours of additional battery life. I realize all that is an investment, but if you love your Quest 2 and use it often, it's well worth looking into making it as good as you're able. I've attached some images of the final result. I hope it's helpful.
