I think as long as you buy the specific bundle that comes with it you’re good to go.  I feel RE4 would be pulled from the bundle before Beat Saber would be.

Apparently, all Quest 2 sets now come with Beat Saber. Once you activate your Meta account, you will receive an e-mail with the link to download the game.
