Can you please try rebooting your headset with these following steps. 1.Turn off your headset. 2.Hold the power and volume (-) button on your headset down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset. 3.Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Boot and press the power button. 4.Use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button. This should resolve your downloading issue, but if not we ask that you reach out to our support team. You can go to our Meta website, and click on Support, then follow through with the problem you are facing. You'll eventually get asked if you want to get in contact with a support agent.
