Every game is backwards compatible between the two headsets. Except for some future games that will be quest 3 exclusives due to the lack of performance on the quest 2.

Please try again later.The Quest 3 will be backwards compatible, which means that you will be able to play all your old favorites + any new ones that come out. it's unclear if there is going to be Quest 3 exclusives as the headset has not released yet and devs are unable to develop for it yet.
