• No, unfortunately Meta changed the size of the Quest 3’s plastic arms attached to the head unit. So the Quest 2 elite strap will not work nor will the battery pack. Go to the Meta website in order to purchase the correct power bank.

• No, the usb c port on the side of the headset is not the same as the quest 2.

• no because the charger hole is in a different place and its a different shape and size now
