• The quest 3 has a 30% better picture quality, and as a former rift owner, I can verify it is a noticable difference.

• The graphics on the Quest 3 are 4 generations ahead of the rift. It would be like owning a 720P TV then going to a 4k.

• I'm not completely sure since I've never played iRacing but the Oculus Quest supports PCVR. It has a Snapdragon XR2 Gen 2 processor, a 4K+ Infinite Display Resolution of 2064 x 2208 pixels per eye, 3D, as well as 3D spatial audio. It's very immersive.
