If you are watching something like a movie or something long, I would say yes. But you do need hands for this because either you are holding the controllers and both hands or you or using your hands as the controller.

Please try again later.Hello AnitajM, There is the possibility of using the Meta Quest 3 when riding a spin bike; some games and apps support the use of hands as controllers, that can be setup with the controllers that come with the headset.
