What is the correct email or page to contact because once I try to get tech support from the store it keeps telling me to check the rewards and promotions. There’s nothing there to redeem and after set up it didn’t prompt me to retrieve the game code for the walking dead either. When I contact the Meta and enter in the Serial # it tells me that they can’t help me because I purchased it through best buy

I even asked the Bestbuy associates to reassure me the game was included since the box looked the same and nothing like the original picture with the game in the background.
