Hi there CyberSoldier, The only titles available at the moment are included with Xbox Game Pass, if you already own these games then you will be able to play them!

I have the normal meta quest 3 not the S and i stream my console directly to the device. You need a decent internet connection and make sure your xbox NAT type is open.

Also, if you own any games bought through your Xbox, a selected list of games are available to stream from your purchased library, but not every game, so best to check first.
