• No they are not compatible with the Quest 3S from the Quest 2, but a spacer with the Quest 3S Xbox edition.

• Hey there! We thought we'd drop by and help you with your question! The Quest 2 glasses spacer wouldn't be compatible with the Quest 3S, however, it would come with it's own glasses spacer. Thanks for your question!
