The reason why an in person demo is necessary is to ensure you’ve tested the product, made sure you’re comfortable using a monocular display, and confirmed you’ve got the right size and fit. Meta Neural Band fitting in particular is critical to ensure that the sensors are placed correctly and can pick up the muscle signals in your wrist. During your demo, our associates will help size you properly and show you the correct placement and tightness required for optimal use.

- Answer Hi there Ashly, We appreciate that you are trying give someone an amazing gift, but the purpose of the demo is to ensure that the fit proper fit of the device. The Meta Ray-Ban Display requires a good fit to be comfortable and to be able to see the actual visual display properly, it is also important to get the proper fit for the Neural Band otherwise it may be difficult to use the hands free controls. So while it may not be a surprise for the recipient, it would be best to have them take the demo so you can get them fitted properly!

- Answer Hi there! Great question while the Ray-Ban Meta and Oakley Meta AI glasses are compatible with progressive lenses with a range of +6.00 to -6.00 total power. The Meta Ray-Ban Display is only available currently with Single Vision lenses due to the complexity of the Display Lens. So with a progressive prescription, you wouldn't be able to make the most out of the Meta Ray-Ban Display. We hope this helps!
