A:AnswerHey there,
The live translation feature is an excellent quality of life feature, and we're glad that you're interested in it!
As of right now, the Meta Ray-Ban Display supports four languages: English, Spanish, French, and Italian. We also have more planned for the future so keep an eye out!
Whether your hanging with hermanos, or having fun with famiglia, you will always be part of the conversation!
A:AnswerHi there Sanndy,
To answer your question, Chinese(Mandarin) is a supported language for translation. You can check out our public article "How to use live translation on AI glasses" for further information. We hope this helps!
A:AnswerHi there Patrick!
Depending on your insurance plan, your purchase may be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Simply submit your receipt to your provider (and confirm your coverage with your insurance company in advance, as Meta cannot verify reimbursement).
A:AnswerHey there,
You most certainly can! You can get Rx lenses for the Meta Ray-Ban Display at participating retailers.
Just note that you need to have a valid prescription from your optometrist, and you need to be within our eligible range of -4.00 and +4.00 total power.
We hope to see you in a pair very soon, and we hope that you get to see into the future with a prescription pair of Meta Ray-Ban Display!
A:AnswerHi there Nate!

We do indeed offer Transition Lenses for the Meta - Ray-Ban Display glasses.
They are currently available in the Frame colors of Sand and Black.
Both versions offer "Clear to Grey Transitions" lenses.

A:AnswerHi there,
Thanks for your interest in the Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses.
It's great to know that you were able to attend your fitting demo in February. We hope you had a great experience!
Our goal is to have everyone’s exact size and color combo in stock. However, due to demand, there’s a chance your preferred SKU may not be in stock at the time of your appointment, which could explain why you haven't received your confirmation email yet.
If the store is sold out of your preferred color and size, you’ll be added to a waitlist and notified as soon as it’s available.
We hope this information is helpful. Thanks!
A:AnswerHey there,
Yes you can indeed get your prescription lenses added to your Meta - Ray-Ban Display & Neural Band. Simply express the desire to our in-store reps after completing your demo and they will guide you further.
It's important to note that the Meta - Ray-Ban Display & Neural Band only support single vision prescriptions. We do not support Bi-focal or indeed progressive lenses.
A:AnswerHello Omaha!
Thank you for taking the time to ask such an interesting question.
In order for you to be able to purchase a second pair of Display glasses you will need to go to a store in your vicinity that is an authorized retailer of the Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses, as the Display glasses are only available to purchase in store.
You can find more information about this on the Meta website.
We wish you a wonderful rest of your day!
A:AnswerI did my demo middle of December, was told there was a wait list, wasnt able to purchase until the beginning of January. Received end of January but they worth the wait.
A:AnswerShort answer, you can’t. It’s ALL BS!!! They are selling a product that they “prototyped” and realized people were actually interested and now they’re screwed.
Limited stock? Why? Ask yourself why it’s SOOO HARD to schedule a demo…… and in 80% of the states don’t even offer demos. Go figure
A:AnswerHey there Kenny,
The short answer is yes! Meta is currently rolling out a teleprompter feature for its Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses (like the Ray-Ban Meta Display) through the accompanying Meta AI app.
Have a great day!
