A:AnswerOf course if they don’t say you should never wear these while driving aka "distracted driving" then its probably going to put them in a position of liability from anyone getting into a car accident who owns them. Just be smart and reasonable and don't do anything crazy with them while driving. I would think that using them for Navigation while driving would be reasonable.
A:AnswerIn their keynote they stated that you can get -4.0 to +4.0 lenseswhen you order. I think you have to get them at time of ordering though. You probably won't be able to get them same day in store.
