Q: QuestionI have more than one Best Buy within a 50-mile radius of me, however none are not showing when I look for a location to schedule a demo. I found one in a large city (Grand Rapids, Michigan), however there are not any openings until October.
Asked by krieg2012.
- A:Answer With the interest in these devices, the available slots are filling up fast. After all the demo is required to purchase the device. I highly recommend grabbing one if still available, even though it will be October because here in the Raleigh area, there is now a waitlist with no slots available making me grateful that I had grabbed my October 18 slot already.

Q: QuestionDoes the AI display get projected on 1 or both lenses?
Asked by Bobby.
- A:Answer The image is projected in the right lens only off-center to the bottom right. With the focal point set where it is it is like looking at a screen approximately 3 feet away. This single lens approach was ideal for the intention of the glasses.

Q: QuestionIt states I’m invited to the exclusive event to purchase the glasses, but it states sold out and cannot be purchased online. So how are you supposed to purchase them?
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hey there, To buy the Meta Ray-Ban Display you first of all book a demo. You then place an order in-store if you want non-Rx lenses. If you want RX lenses included you say that during your demo and you will be provided with a QR code so you can upload your prescription to us and finalize your purchase. We only provide Rx lenses for single vision prescriptions.

Q: QuestionCan you buy the Meta extended warranty for $79 versus the Best Buy extended warranty for $159?
Asked by Warranty.
- A:Answer yes! the biggest difference I see is that the Meta Warranty you pay every time you break/damage the glasses vs the BestBuy warranty, you pay nothing because of the higher upfront payment it covers cost of replacement.

Q: QuestionWhen can I place an order for Rayban display?
Asked by Stephen.
- A:Answer after you make a apt for demo. Because there is no deposit there are a bunch of people taking spots and had no desire to buy or even go. but because of this its made it where people who plan to buy cant because of no spots. the major problem here is that they will probably by them now because of this mistake people are going and buying in order to price the glasses up to 4k. Meta should have made a $100 deposit so only truly interested people would have taken the spots. Now we got a fake market demand making price on eBay very high.
