• A:Answer You have to redeem the download code included with your game. Its not pre-installed. Instructions are included on the same paper with the code inside your game case. Once you start your game after downloading the bonus content, it should be added to your in-game inventory.

• A:Answer Its best that you go in person to the store and see if they have any copies left of the "Tactical Edition", which includes all the preorder bonus content on a digital download code. Usually they'll have some unsold preorder copies leftover, but its a gamble if you order it online. And the download code included won't expire for at least a year.
