Yes, they can install radios for you that you bring in, but they can not warrentee the radio in any way at all because it is not their product, so if something goes wrong with the radio they are not at fault. They will only warrantee the work that they perform, and they are not great at all locations so I would highly recommend talking to the guys in the bay before allowing them to install your radio. I have had many radios installed by Best Buy at many different locations and the integrity is not the same at all locations and they all do not care. At one specific locations they even cut the metal frame that the dash mounts to.
